Ultimate Flag Football - is primaily a youth 7 on 7 flag football league for players ages 7 - 14. However in the near future we will offer tournaments as well as recreational/competitive leagues for adults.
Our goal is to teach these young players how to throw, run routes, catch, back paddle, cover, etc. As well as having fun, team work, and building confindence.
